The bridge is a piece of scenery located in the Underground Pass near the Abandoned Equipment. The nearby guide rope is holding the bridge up.
If a player fires a lit fire arrow at the guide rope from the small room north of the fire, the bridge will lower and the player will automatically walk across it.
The lever by the bridge is the way back to the opposite side.
