Boxes are scenery found in the north-eastern part of the entrance room in the Elemental Workshop. They can be searched for a stone bowl during the Elemental Workshop I quest.
After Elemental Workshop II, the boxes now contain needles instead, and the stone bowl can instead be obtained from searching the crate.
