Atlas is one of the characters that's encountered in the Below Ice Mountain quest. Players must train with him before Checkal will agree to help Willow.
After the quest, players can talk to Atlas in The Long Hall of Barbarian Village to replay the workout cutscene encountered during the quest, for a fee of 25,000 coins.

Trivia
- Atlas is a reference to the Greek mythology character of the same name.
- At the beginning of the workout cutscene when the player is running north towards Varrock castle, a tomato is thrown at them. This is a reference to the 1976 film Rocky.
- At the end of the workout cutscene, the player runs up the castle steps and does the Cheer emote, a reference to the iconic step-climbing scene in the same film.
