Apprentice Felix is a wizard apprenticed to Wizard Traiborn. During the quest Temple of the Eye, he can be found on the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] of the Wizards' Tower, where the player helps him with Traiborn's riddle. After the events in the quest, he stays together with Apprentice Cordelia and Tamara inside the Temple of the Eye to aid The Great Guardian.

Players can purchase unique Runecraft gear from his shop, located next to the bank chest in the Temple of the Eye, in exchange for abyssal pearls earned from the Guardians of the Rift minigame. In addition, abyssal dyes can be exchanged for other colour dyes via Felix, and he will buy any extra abyssal dyes and lanterns from the player for abyssal pearls.
