The Altar of nature in the Nature Grotto is repaired during the Nature Spirit quest. Praying at the altar restores prayer points, and gives 2 extra points.
During the quest, an adventurer helps Filliman in becoming a Nature Spirit. The spirit then heals the grotto.
A silver sickle can be used on the altar to turn it into a blessed silver sickle.
