The Underground Military Glider Hangar is a gnome glider hangar beneath the Gnome Ball pitch[1] commissioned by Glough. It is full of military gnome gliders that are lighter and stronger than ordinary ones, intended by Glough to wage war against the humans by air should his land and sea attacks fail. He also installed a security measure requiring the facility to be 'reinitialised' periodically to maintain power supply.[2]
The hangar is visited frequently during Monkey Madness I and can only be accessed by speaking to Daero at Blurberry Bar. Flight Commander Waydar can fly players to Crash Island. In order to leave the hangar, the teleportation device in the south-east must be used.
