Emissary robes are a set of equipment obtained during the The Heart of Darkness quest. They are similar to the clothing worn by the Twilight Emissaries. The full set can be stored in the magic wardrobe of a player-owned house. The full set must be worn to enter the main building of the Twilight Temple both during and after The Heart of Darkness.
The robes do not provide any bonuses for the player. They cannot be unequipped when inside the temple.
The robes can be reobtained from a chest on the ground floor of the Tower of Ascension. The Tower of Ascension is easily accessible via the Pendant of Ates teleport to Twilight Temple, and running west into the building with the lift platform. The chest is just south-west of the lift on the surface level - the chest is not underground.
Of note - all pieces of the set only have the "Destroy" option, thus the drop trick cannot be used to obtain multiple sets. After placing any or all pieces of the emissary robe set into the magic wardrobe in a player-owned house, any future searches into the chest will automatically remove the existing set in the wardrobe.
