The Tower Mage is a mage who resides in the Tower of Magic, located in the westernmost part of Arceuus.
Prior to The Ascent of Arceuus quest, they refuse to allow the player to enter the tower, stating that "Lord Arceuus does not wish his experiments to be disturbed." During the quest, they allow players to enter to speak with Lord Arceuus about Thana's death, and continue to allow players to enter after completion of the quest.
