The toolkit is a quest item used only in Dwarf Cannon. It is obtained from Captain Lawgof after rescuing Lollk in the Goblin Cave.
It is used to fix the broken multicannon he has set up nearby in the dwarven outpost, south of the Coal Trucks near Baxtorian Falls.
Duplicates can be banked by talking to Captain Lawgof to obtain another. After speaking to Captain Lawgof after fixing the multicannon, all copies of the toolkit in the inventory are deleted.
