The Cloak and Stagger is a bar and an inn found in Shayzien. The only drinking establishment in Shayzien, it is run by Oswald and Sheryl and is the only location that sells the Lizardkicker.
Most of the bar's clients are soldiers on leave,[1] and it is tradition for soldiers who have finished their first deployment to the Lizardman Canyon to celebrate with drinks at the Cloak and Stagger.[2]

Trivia
- The bar's name is based on the term: "Cloak and dagger", which usually refers to situations with intrigue, secrecy, mystery or espionage.
- It also shares name with a bar that appears in multiple episodes of the early seasons of American Dad.
