The stone tablet is an item obtained during The Curse of Arrav in the tunnels beneath Zemouregal's Fort, and is one of four tablets made by Lamistard, who dug the tunnels in an attempt to avoid being chosen as a sacrifice in the Mahjarrat's rituals.

It is imperative I get as close to the ritual stone as I can. For too long the same few have horded[sic] the power while the rest of us have looked on from the outskirts. If only I could get close, maybe I'd become a force to be reckoned with in the next battle.
