A sticky note can be found by searching the skeleton in the spiders' lair, found north of Darkmeyer. It is used in the quest A Night at the Theatre.
Once the quest progresses and the player no longer has access to the quest-only version of the cave, this item can no longer be obtained if destroyed.

Daer Krand has got me running another errand. He heard about this spider nest near the Sisterhood Sanctuary. He thinks the Sisterhood might have used venom from these spiders to make their elixir. I'm not about to go extracting venom from one of these things, but I have found eggs I can bring back. Problem is, the damn egg sac is too strong. I've tried all sorts of things, but nothing will cut through it. Some sulphuric acid should do the trick, but I didn't think to bring anything like that with me. I guess I'll have to head back to Daer at the Sanctuary.
