Sammy Servil is the only son of Lady Servil and Justin Servil, two minor nobles of Kandarin. During the Fight Arena quest, he is kidnapped by the forces of General Khazard and imprisoned in the Fight Arena; the player must rescue him during the quest by fighting in the arena.

Trivia
- Sammy's name was originally Jeremy Servil. It was changed to Sammy in an update on 19 April 2018 as a hidden change, due to the similarity to disgraced British celebrity Jimmy Savile, who the character's name was a word play on.
- The same change was made in RuneScape 3 as another hidden change in an update on 28 August 2018.
