The rune temple sign is located on the wall just south of the Cosmic Altar. The sign reads "Cosmic Rune Altar", written using the lunar alphabet. During the Fairytale II - Cure a Queen quest, the sign must be read in order to decipher the description on the back of Fairy Nuff's certificate.
Trivia
- Though the sign is deciphered as "Cosmic Rune Altar", when using external tools on third-party clients, the letters on the interface is read as
COSMIC RUNEe ALTAR.
