Rations are a consumable item that can be found by searching crates within the Ghorrock Prison during Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire. They can be eaten to restore hitpoints, prayer points, and 20% run energy, while providing the effects of a stamina potion.
Players can only carry up to twelve rations at once. They will be cleared from the player's inventory upon retrieving your items from the chest behind the diamond gate.
