Protesters are dissatisfied citizens from various cities in Great Kourend. They can be found protesting the Kourend Council by the entrance of Kourend Castle. They are lead by Martin Holt or, in his absence, their protest leader. Following the events of A Kingdom Divided, the protestors leave, but a protest banner can still be taken from the nearby pile.
