A picture wall can be found in the Brine Rat Cavern during Olaf's Quest. Clicking the wall will open an interface with levers that can be pulled. When the correct levers are pulled in the correct order, the wall can be opened.
After the puzzle has been solved once, searching the wall again opens the wall instead of opening the puzzle interface.
