The obsidian amulet is an item used in the Creature of Fenkenstrain quest. It is found upstairs in Fenkenstrain's Castle, within the bookcase in the east room. Players can find it by searching the bookcase and choosing the Handy Maggot Avoidance Techniques book. The Obsidian amulet forms a star amulet when used with the marble amulet.
It can also be obtained after the quest, but if a star amulet is used on the easternmost grave again, as was done in the quest, the obsidian amulet will no longer be obtainable.
