Nurse Sarah is a nurse running the medical clinic in West Ardougne, and she's the only medical professional in the city. She is involved in the Biohazard quest, where the player acquires the medical gown needed to access the mourners' hideout in the cupboard in the northern part of her house.
She may also be involved in Song of the Elves, where the player, disguised as a mourner, claims that all medical practitioners must undergo more training to deal with the "plague", which increases the public's hostility towards King Lathas.
