Nulodion is the official Dwarf Cannon engineer and Weapons Development Chief of the Dwarven Black Guard. During the Dwarf Cannon quest, he gives the player an ammo mould and Nulodion's notes to bring back to Captain Lawgof. Nulodion's Multicannon parts for sale is the only place that sells the parts of the dwarf multicannon (once the player has completed the Dwarf Cannon quest). The store also sells the cannon instruction manual, and ammo moulds to make your own cannonballs. Ammo moulds are used in the Between a Rock... quest.
If your cannon decays or you log out while your cannon is set up you can talk to him, selecting the dialogue option "I've lost my cannon" will allow you to retrieve it free of charge. Nulodion is capable of recovering multiple cannons at once if the player has lost multiple cannons before talking with him. If you had Shattered cannon ornament kits attached to your cannon, they will also be retrieved.
Before Dwarf Cannon, the door to building he is in is locked, so he cannot be accessed.

Dialogue
Through dialogue, Nulodion will sell all four dwarf multicannon parts as a set at a discounted price of 750,000 coins (compared to 802,500 coins if buying all four parts individually).
