Lady Vulcana Lovakengj is the leader of the Lovakengj House. She is encountered during The Forsaken Tower quest, who players speak to in order to begin the quest. She is a severe alcoholic, often calling upon Jorra, her personal assistant, to bring her sherries in the middle of conversations with the player. As a result, she often asks her assistant who the player is, and why they are in her office.
Because of her alcoholism, Commander Fullore believes that she is not fit to lead Lovakengj, though she considers the possibility that her act is just a façade, and that she has fooled everyone into thinking she is just a senile dwarf who really loves sherries.
