Knights of Varlamore appear during Children of the Sun quest as a part of the delegation visiting Varrock from the kingdom of Varlamore. The knights also appear during Twilight's Promise, as the player is tasked with gathering them together after it is suspected that one of them was part of the plot to kill Servius, Teokan of Ralos.
However, none of the knights were involved, and Velam is framed, resulting him being swiftly executed by Ennius Tullus.
