Jimmy Dazzler is a wealthy exterminator in the north-west part of East Ardougne, found in a house just north of the Ardougne Castle. During the Ratcatchers quest, he tasks the player with stealthily clearing out a mansion that's been infested with rats. He is accompanied by his cat, Bones, who playfully runs about.

Trivia
- The description of his smiles and the party is possibly a reference to the main character from the book The Great Gatsby.
- When asking Jimmy how to spell his name, the player remarks that he should consider adding a '1' to it because it "might add a bit of pizzazz". This is a reference to Old School RuneScape content creator J1mmy, who notably made a video criticising the dialogue and writing of the Ratcatchers quest.
- This dialogue was added on 26 June 2024, when the Ratcatchers quest was entirely re-written.
