An Inert locator orb can be obtained by using two molten glass and a dragonstone with a glassblowing pipe. It is to be given to Ava so she can create a locator orb for the player.
Note after the quest, if lost, players do not need to make another orb - they simply go to see Ava in Draynor Manor, using option 3, for a replacement.
