Ictus is a reclusive and eccentric figure living on the outskirts of Auburnvale, often dismissed by townsfolk as odd or paranoid.
During the Shadows of Custodia quest, players can ask Ictus what he knows about the missing people, and he claims they were being taken by the "night people", which is later found out to actually be custodian stalkers.
