Home teleport

Source revision 15348879 · Saved 2026-09-27 · Sources & credits

Home Teleports are spells that provide players with a free teleport every half an hour to a location dependent on the active spellbook. They require no runes but take 19 to 25 ticks (11.4 to 15 seconds) to cast, depending on the animation. The teleport can be interrupted at any time by most actions, including combat, and only can be cast 10 seconds or more after combat has ended (similar to logging out). If a player tries to cast a home teleport a second time before 30 minutes have elapsed, they are notified with the remaining time in minutes in the chat box. Free-to-play can only home teleport to Lumbridge.

This cooldown is shared with that of other home teleports. Switching spellbook will not allow you to use a different home teleport spell until 30 minutes has elapsed. However, the cooldown is not shared with Minigame Teleport.

The default animation of Home Teleports can be overridden with an alternative animation, if unlocked.

There are 5 home teleports:

  • Arceuus Home Teleport
  • Edgeville Home Teleport
  • Lumbridge Home Teleport
  • Lunar Home Teleport
  • League Home Teleport (Demonic Pacts League exclusive)
