The good anthem is a quest item used in the Throne of Miscellania quest. To obtain it the player must take the awful anthem to Advisor Ghrim who will then make a number of improvements to the song, turning it into a good anthem.
Attempting to bank the good anthem prints the message You have more urgent things to do with this anthem!.
If lost, the player has to get another awful anthem from Prince Brand and give it to Advisor Ghrim.
