The Fairy Godfather is the ruler of Zanaris while the Fairy Queen is absent and is located in the throne room by Chaeldar. He is also the leader of the Fairy Mafia, serving as the main antagonist of the Fairy Tale series. He is trying to replace the fairies with orks and the Fairy Queen with himself. He has two henchmen, Slim Louie and Fat Rocco. He is part of the quests Fairytale I - Growing Pains and Fairytale II - Cure a Queen. During Fairytale II, he gives the player permission to use the fairy rings.
He is also responsible for hiring out pixies to Diango to assist with making toys in his workshop.

While the The Fairy Godfather's area can be visited after completing the quest Lost City, the Fairy Godfather will be only visible after partial completion of the quest Fairytale I - Growing Pains (and its prerequisite requirements).

Trivia
- The Fairy Godfather is a play on the fairy godmother stock character, as well as how "godfather" can also refer to powerful crime bosses of Mafia organisations.
- His examine text, as well as his dialogue when spoken to with the corresponding hard clue scroll, are references to the film The Godfather.
- The Fairy Godfather was first mentioned in the 2005 Christmas event, a few months before Fairytale I - Growing Pains was released.
- During part of his dialogue during Fairytale Part I, he uses an Italian word, "irrispettoso," which means disrespectful. He calls the player disrespectful when the player says that they haven't heard of him.
- At the beginning of Fairytale Part II, the Fairy Godfather tells the player, "Essere nel panico," which means "be in a panic" in Italian, which is grammatically incorrect.
- If spoken to after completing Fairytale Part I, and before the certificate is obtained, he expresses his unwillingness to converse by turning away from the player if he was facing them prior.
