Frank Sinclair is one of Lord Sinclair's children. He is one of the suspects during the Murder Mystery quest. Frank is not involved in King's Ransom.
According to the Gossip, he is a chronic gambler and in order to cover his debts, Frank has stolen and sold a couple of his father's rare paintings.
