The Crystal Dispenser located within the Grand Library of Prifddinas dispenses mirrors and coloured crystals needed to complete the light puzzle in the library during the Song of the Elves quest. The dispenser is inaccessible after completion of the quest as only a small part of the library is open to races other than elves.
