Cassius is an aspiring entrepreneur found south of Mill Lane Mill in Lumbridge. He asks the player to help him start a new milk business as part of The Ides of Milk quest.
Wishing to join in on Lumbridge's milk business, Cassius bought a bull, Brutus, making him a business partner and attempted to sell a unique milk which was poorly received, as Brutus stressed out Gillie Groats' herd of cows. The adventurer, who was helping Cassius, slew Brutus, completely unaware that he was the business partner that Cassius referred to. When the adventurer returned and informed him of this, Cassius was outraged, claiming that his venture was ruined; he was trying to sell the milk's "unique" taste and subsequently cut ties with them.

Trivia
- Like Brutus and the Ides of Milk quest, Cassius' name is a reference to the Assassination of Julius Caesar, specifically to Gaius Cassius Longinus, one of the most prominent and well-known conspirators in the plot.
