Bugs is an ogre who is the son of Rantz and brother of Fycie. In Recipe for Disaster, both Bugs and his sister use the ogre boat ride to get to Karamja. Both Bugs and his sister are also featured in Big Chompy Bird Hunting when the player has to cook the Chompy bird to their liking.
Bugs also features briefly in The Corsair Curse, where the player discovers him in the water through a telescope in an attempt to debunk Cabin Boy Colin's theory of the curse affecting Captain Tock's crew. Colin mistook Bugs to be a mermaid and supposedly offended him, resulting in the belief that he was responsible for the curse.
