Bob Sinclair is one of Lord Sinclair's children. He is a suspect in the Murder Mystery quest.
According to the Gossip, he suffers from severe tea addiction, drinking up to 20 cups of tea per day. In order to supplement his addiction, he has spent all his allowance and stole some silverware from the kitchen in order to pawn them to purchase his tea. He can be found in the garden on the Sinclair family residence.
