A blocked tunnel can be found in the Temple of Light. After players have encountered the Fragment of Seren during the Song of the Elves quest, the tunnel opens up.
When players have not slain the fragment yet, the tunnel will lead back to the fight with the Fragment. When the fragment has been slain, the tunnel will lead into a small square room where some bright remains of the Fragment of Seren can be found.
