The barrel is a scenery object found on the ground floor[UK]1st floor[US] of the house where Elena is being held, located in the southern part of West Ardougne. Players must search the barrel during the Plague City quest in order to obtain a small key used to unlock the Elena's cell in the basement.
The barrel is also found in Varrock Sewers and can be used to obtain the small key during the quest.
