Bandages are used to heal the player and Prince Itzla Arkan during the second trial in the quest, The Heart of Darkness. The latter is particularly important as the prince cannot take any of the player's food. They heal 18 hitpoints when to Prince Itzla and less[clarification needed] when used on the player.
There are three medical boxes in the room, each containing five bandages. The boxes will be refilled if the player fails the trial. Any bandages remaining will be removed from the player's inventory upon proceeding to the next trial.
