Arkney was a settlement from the Fourth Age and hometown of the hero Robert the Strong. Nothing else is known about it, and it presumably no longer exists or goes by a different name. Arkney is only named as part of the riddle[1] on the tomb of Camorra.
Trivia
- When talking to Bob the cat in Port Sarim, he will say he "comes from round here originally" and that "back then all this was just fields". Although it is unclear if he's referring to himself as a cat, as Robert the Strong, or if he's telling the truth at all, this may suggest that Arkney was located somewhere around what is today Port Sarim.
- In RuneScape 3, Robert the Strong originates from the human homeworld of Teragard. This has not yet been suggested to be the case in Old School RuneScape, but if so, it could mean that Arkney was located somewhere on Teragard.
